What You’ll Do:

✅ Ensure compliance with Port of Subs operational and preparation standards

✅ Drive sales growth by leveraging training, service, and marketing strategies to optimize profitability.

✅ Provide friendly, fast, and high-quality service to customers

✅ Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep in line with company and government standards.   

✅ Follow all safety, food handling, and sanitation standards 

✅ Foster a safe, welcoming atmosphere for employees and guests, and provide support and effective restaurant management through data analysis and participation in management meetings.

✅ Train, test, and develop employees using Port of Subs training materials. 

What we are looking for:

✔️ Strong customer service and communication skills 

✔️ Solid organizational and time management capabilities.

✔️ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 

✔️ Willingness to learn and follow Port of Subs' operational standards 

✔️ Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory 

✔️ Working knowledge of computers and POS systems

✔️ Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.

Qualification Requirements:

✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

✅ Standing/walking for extended periods

✅ Must be able to travel for initial in-store training

✅ Valid drivers license and insurance

✅ Frequent reaching, bending, and stretching
